Services Provided

We provide professional concrete services including driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, repairs, and related masonry work. All services are subject to availability, proper site conditions, and weather considerations.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe site conditions, unclear property boundaries, or circumstances beyond our control.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide and our initial site assessment. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed or if you request additional work beyond the original scope.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material costs and labor rates may change after this period, and a new quote may be required.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid balances as allowed by California law.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, site conditions, permit delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to complete your project on time but cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, settling, acts of nature, or modifications made by others.

All warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy at our discretion.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work site, marking underground utilities, obtaining necessary permits where required, and protecting landscaping and other property features you wish to preserve.

You must also ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area for safety reasons during active construction.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We carry appropriate insurance and licensing as required by California law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
